When Characters Go Rogue: The Lesson of Uchiha Shisui

Evening! So, I had a spark of inspiration and needed to share this story with you. It’s about a certain character who never does what he’s told. Granted, the video is about 16 minutes, but I’m like, excited and animated throughout the whole thing, so I think you’ll be entertained regardless.

As always, if you’ve got a question, just ask. ^_^ What do you want to know about writing? How can I help?

Thanks for following our blog! ^_^ We’re having a lot of fun trying to keep you entertained!

OH, and by the way… today was the day that the NaNoWriMo site switched over, so now we’re able to input the stats of our story and start thinking about actually doing this thing. 🙂 I perused their helpful articles, and I’ll share this one with you: http://blog.nanowrimo.org/post/66207328376/the-author-huddle-6-tips-to-finish-your-first-draft

It says a lot of things I try to tell my friends. I figure it’s a professional way to receive some friendly advice if you’re trying to get into writing. It’s not very long, no worries. 🙂

Alrighty, that’s it for me. 🙂 Have a good night everyone!

About oneofthedragons

Samantha K. Balk and F. R. Donaldson met on An Archive of Our Own, one of the many fanfiction sites online, when Sam asked Frankie to illustrate the fanfiction that would one day lead to Sam's first novel. They've been friends ever since! This blog was created as a way to share the oftentimes difficult journey any new author experiences on the uncomfortable quest of an introvert for attention to his or her most personal work. It is meant to remind you that authors don't just appear fully fledged like a George R. R. Martin, that all of us start out unsure and feeling inadequate. Feel free to ask us anything.
